Founder and owner, David Paxton is one of Australia's most highly respected viticulturalists - a reputation built on managing and growing wine grapes of exceptional quality for over 30 years. Paxton continues to strive to minimise inputs and manages the vineyards biodynamically.
Colour : Dense purple with red hues
Nose : A great density of fruit with layers of chocolate, plum, mocha and vanillin spice.
Palate : Full bodied wine with a beautiful primary fruit character of sour cherry and Empress plums. Lovely integration of oak and fruit with a seamless texture and tannin profile.
