The Shiraz was selected from four different locations across
our estate grown McLaren Vale vineyards. A simple philosophy of winemaking with minimal intervention, which includes use of oak to produce a fresh crunchy style.
The town of Sorrento, on the Amalfi Coast in Italy, is famous for its sweeping views and seaside lifestyle, much like McLaren Vale in South Australia, home of Serafino Wines. The Sorrento range is inspired by two of Serafino (Steve) Maglieri's greatest passions, the seaside lifestyle.
