Palate: A fresh juicy palate with cherries, red fruits and spices. This is a medium bodied wine with fine, savoury tannins.

Acidity: 5.95g/L.
Vinification: Hand-picked Grenache and Shiraz from our Kays Road, Blewitt Springs vineyard were combined for co-
fermentation. Plunged three times daily before being gently pressed and filled to seasoned French Oak barrels forthe final stages of ferment and MLF.
Oak: Short maturation (approximately 3 months) in oak then racked, coarsely filtered, and bottled.
Cellaring Potential: Drink now to 2027.
