Varietals: 58% Grenache 30% Shiraz 12% Mourvedre
Nose: Dark cherry, mulberries, and spices on the nose
Palate: A rich, juicy palate of dark cherry, wild berries, and fine savoury tannins
Alcohol: 15% pH: 3.67 Acidity: 5.95g/L
Vinification: A combination of hand and machine harvested fruit, fermented in small opens with twice a day plunging.
Oak: The components of this blend were matured in French barrels for twelve months prior to blending and bottling.
Cellaring Potential: Drink now to 2026.

We received this “ under wraps” Shiraz and we are surprised it was as good as Pirathon which we normally buy from Dans.
