• Hermosa South Australia Albarino 2019 (ABV 12% ABV): An aromatic white wine from Spain, it’s still a rare varietal in Australia. However, a few dedicated makers have managed to coax out some truly delectable examples, of which this beauty is a proud representative. It’s like a fresh fruit salad as soon as you open the bottle! Expect clean, balanced flavours of lifted pear and zippy citrus all culminating in a lovely, crisp finish. Pair with fresh-from-the-sea lobster on toasted ciabatta bread. Drink now or cellar until 2021.

• Force of Nature Organic Shiraz 2018 (ABV 13.5%): From a 5 Red Star James Halliday-rated maker, this organic Shiraz is sourced from McLaren Vale and the Monash Valley and offers plenty of fresh, fruit-driven flavours that will keep guests coming back for more. An intriguing mix of cedar spice, milk chocolate and dark berries with soft, subtle tannins and a harmonious, flavourful palate that will have you refilling your glass without a second thought. Will perfectly suit a spinach and artichoke mac and cheese. Drink now or cellar until 2025.

• Hear No Evil Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2018 (ABV 13%): This is a vegan-friendly wine - not to mention an outstanding example of its varietal! From the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills, it’s everything you want in a classic Sauvignon Blanc, and it’ll make a beautiful go-to white for spring. A vibrant Sauvignon Blanc that sings for spring. Expect notes of minerality, fresh flowers and gooseberry on the nose, leading to a lush palate of lime, citrus and passionfruit delivered on a taut mineral-acid backbone. Pair it with crispy barramundi and mango, chilli and coriander salsa for a fantastic warm-weather meal. Drink now or cellar until 2021

• Ancient Society Organic Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (ABV 15%): This is Wine Merchant Walter Henao's pick of the pack, “A great organic wine with no artificial chemical fertilizers, pesticides, gunficides or herbicides used on these grapes. Also no animal fining agents make this wine vegan friendly. Crowd pleasingly smooth ... Blackcurrants, earl grey tea and ginger spice aromatics. Full flavoured on the palate with cassis, dried thyme and oregano herbs, dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans. Well integrated tannins and a long lingering finish.”

• Best of Both Worlds Organic Chardonnay 2017 (ABV 13%): This Chardonnay brings ultimate refinement to the organic wine game. Smooth, creamy and citrus-driven, this elegant Chardonnay is brimming with purity.
