Colour: Bright straw with green hues
Nose: Creamy aromas with some tropical fruit overtones and a touch of bready, yeast complexity. Lifted citrus with hints of green apple.
Palate: Delicious crisp flavours of melon and tropical fruit flavours with some yeasty complexity. The finish is crisp and fresh echoing hints of bright citrus fruit. Creamy mousse, with sweet floral fruit and crisp acid finish.
Oak: Unoaked.
Food Match: Aperitif style, salmon roe, fresh oysters etc.
