Niccolo Prosecco is made in the traditional Frizzante method.  It finishes dry on the palate with a balanced acidity and showcases a vibrant palate of citrus, nashi pear and fresh apples.
Prosecco is a flexible wine that can be served throughout any meal, however Brut Prosecco is probably at its best when served with delicately flavoured dishes as well as cheeses that won't overwelm the wine's gentle bouquet.
