Pale quartz. Greengage, spiced preserved lemon and nectarine skin. There's a lightness of touch here. Elegant and unforced, but certainly not lacking flavour. It grows in stature as flows across the palate, leaving a spicy long finish. The more you go back, the better the wine gets.
