About this product

The 2K21 ARC Blanc de Gris is sourced from the same secret vineyard as the Pinot Grigio.
Made from 95% Pinot Gris and 5% Chardonnay in the Adelaide Hills, the wine is fresh and bright. The Chardonnay adds mouth feel and complexity to what is a fun style of sparkling.
The Pinot Gris was crushed, chilled, gently pressed, then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel vats where the wine underwent a controlled fermentation. The Chardonnay was 100% barrel fermented and aged in French Oak Barriques for 2 years. The end result is an aromatic wine with a bright fresh nose and textural complex palate.  The base wine, then was transfered to a pressure tank where is underwent a secondary "Charmat" fermentation. This process takes ~ 3 week and is what gives the wine it's fizz.
This wine has a very fine bead that liberates the bouquet trapped in the wine. The wine opens to display a delicate palate and a crisp clean finish.
