Dry, Light Bodied style of RieslingPairs well with SeafoodIndependent wineryRiesling is one of my favourite wines. 2K21 is the 6th vintage of the GISA Polish Hill River Riesling. A pristine wine that is as delicate as ever. Picked in the still of night in late February and delivered to the winery where it was pressed off.
The Free Run juice was treated as a seperate wine until finished. Prior to bottling, we looked at the components separately and in differing percentage blends of both components. Like the first vintage when both of the components were added together the combined wine looked the best.
The 2K21 is a delicate, pretty wine. With white petal florals, citric blossom, mandarin pith, on the nose the wine has a tight, steely zing and a crisp dry finish.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
