Using casks originally brought to Australia by Sir Thomas Hardy in the 1890’s. These French oak casks originally held brandy and then later Muscat for over 100 years allowing for a nuanced depth of infused flavour and aroma.
Bottling was done on the 13th June 2019. This is a limited release of only 20 bottles each hand numbered and signed.
