Tanglin Gin – Singapore’s first award-winning gin distillery – has teamed up with Anna Polyviou – Australian pâtissier extraordinaire – to bring Australian’s a slice of Singapore through a special, limited-edition Honey Bean Coffee Gin Liqueur.
With overseas travel on pause, this unique coffee liqueur is intended to celebrate Singapore and Australia’s shared passion for coffee.
This handcrafted coffee-based gin liqueur fuses traditions and ingredients from both countries including coffee beans sourced from roasters in both Australia and Singapore, delicately roasted raw Australian macadamias for a touch of creaminess, and Singapore honey for sweetness.
Indulge in this gin liqueur as is, or simply shake with ice to easily create a smooth Gin Espresso Martini, or as we like to call it, an ‘Easy Beezy Espresso Martini’, in under a minute.

Morning Fresh Roast Coffee.
Palate:
Smooth rich black coffee with hints of Macadamia and Honey.
Finish:
Lovely lingering robust coffee with Juniper notes.
This drink has been created by combining Australian grown beans with Sumatran Arabica, both freshly roasted by an Australian roasting in Singapore, we then cold brew this combination to give a deep rich smooth coffee. We have created a brand new gin that celebrates Asian and Australian botanicals to add to the coffee to make a true Gin based Coffee Liqueur. We have added flavour complexity with Roasted Macadamia nuts and sweetness from Singapore Bee honey, not satisfied with doing things easily, we then infused the honey with some of the coffee beans and macadamia nuts, to bring to you a rich complex drink that make the best Espresso Martini straight out of the bottle.
