This ancient super-yeast has recently caught the eye of modern craft brewers for it’s pleasing fruitiness which compliments the flavour profile of the hugely popular NEIPA style. Our rendition is hopped liberally with some of our fav hops: Azacca and Cashmere, which add complex candied mango and pineapple characters with a hint of spice.
