Our 2018 Trophy winning Adelaide Hills Cabernet is produced from our estate vineyards on Razorback Rd, Kangarilla, Adelaide Hills. The low yielding vines have produced grapes full of concentrated flavour. Wine is made using small open fermenters, then aged in french oak for 10 months.
