About this product

Soft rice aroma, slightly fruity ginjo style characteristics with notes of tropical fruit. The organic Gohyakumangoku rice used lends a mild umami with clean and crisp finish.
 
Organic sake Tentaka, is made from only rice and rice koji. All of its rice is “organic rice” in compliance with the Organic JAS law. Not only do Tentaka take rice farming seriously to provide high quality tasty sake, but also, as a brewery coexisting with the community, grow their own rice as of 2018, with the least influence on the natural environment. 
 
Tentaka is certified organic brewery by Japan, the United States, and European Union. It is one of only three in Japan.

After seeing so many sakes labelled organic but aren't it is good to finally see one that is. And not only that, it tastes great also. I tasted my first Tentaka in Japan from a conveni in Tochigi and even after a lot of it I was fine. This
