About this product

Clean, dry with bright green banana and grapes aromas and soft, subdued rice flavors. Made with Yamahai process, lends a hint of sour, crisp acidity and deep flavour. Highly drinkable sake!
 
Organic sake Tentaka, is made from only rice and rice koji. All of its rice is “organic rice” in compliance with the Organic JAS law. Not only do Tentaka take rice farming seriously to provide high quality tasty sake, but also, as a brewery coexisting with the community, grow their own rice as of 2018, with the least influence on the natural environment.  
 
Tentaka is certified organic brewery by Japan, the United States, and European Union. It is one of only three in Japan.
