We love the elegant, savoury, spicy and restrained styles this variety can produce; what many refer to as Syrah. The bold, jammy, oaky styles aren't really our cup of tea. We want the fruit to shine through. After all it's the same variety whether it's called Shiraz or Syrah. Our wine is everything we wanted in a Syrah style but we called it Shiraz anyhow. Cook yourself a slow roasted rib of beef and the debate doesn't matter!!

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
