This is very smart, standing out from a mundane regional pack with a deft dab of oak, savvy lees work for texture and tension, as well as fruit on the right side of ripeness. Grapefruit, tangerine, quince and lemon oil spurt along a carriage of bright acidity melded to herbal edges.
