Padthaway, without fanfare, produces red wines at the higher end of commercial offerings. Generous, smooth reds are the order of the day. Henry's Drive shiraz-cab from 2017 boasts an easy flow of rich red and black fruit, with black currant darkness coming to the fore. The wine shows freshness, has a good future and represents excellent value.
