Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.

From the Coal River Valley, cold-fermented, deliberate retention of 6.34g/l residual sugar to balance the Tasmanian acidity. The desired balance is there, but the fruit tension isn't as urgent as I would like. Perhaps it's starting its journey to layered complexity.
