A very convincing local rose that is not bone dry. There's just a tiny hint of residual sugar that serves to positively accent the savoury wild berry and red apple fruit. We liked a refreshing raspberry sorbet character we found in it, and admired the flavour persistence. It's very attractive drinking and will appeal to a wide audience.
