My new favourite Martini gin

A heap of juniper, with noticeable rosemary. This gin is made for martini's! Discovered this gin while visiting the distillery in Melb CBD. Very unique gin from a very unique brand!

What I love about the Little Lon Distillery is they make their own alcohol base - which gives it a distinct flavour. I was originally a Miss Yoko addict but have circled around to the Proudfoot and love it.

Spirit has strong residue yeast tones, hard to taste the botanicals. Shame the story and presentation of product are exceptional.
