- Winemaking: Each parcel of fruit is gently crushed and transferred into small open fermenters. Heading down boards keep the cap submerged for better skin contact. The fermenters are temperature controlled to provide optimum conditions. Gentle extraction is achieved by the draining of wine from the skins and returning back over. Wine is then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for maturation. Stave and chip treatment with micro oxygenation for 16 months.

Excellent quality showing high level of concentration and balance.
Offering charming fruit intensity and elegant complexity, the wine shows dark plum, sweet raspberry, anise, olive and floral characters on the nose. It's juicy and vibrant on the palate with lovely weight and fruit intensity, nicely supported by fine texture and polished tannins, making it very approachable and tasty. At its best: now to 2023.
