SBS – Aromas of intense gooseberry and guava notes highlighted by fresh citrus overtones. The palate is full, fresh, crisp palate, with well-balanced acidity. Dominated by the tropical fruit flavours that linger on the palate with a zesty citrus finish.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
