Showing aromas of red and blueberries as well as plum fruits, along with some savoury earthy spice and hints of tobacco and cedar.
The palate is medium to full bodied with fresh berry and plum fruit. It is round, soft and fruit driven, with some savoury spice, chocolate and vanilla in the background. Has good persistence of flavour and soft silky tannins. The fruit was fermented on skins for ten days before being pressed and transferred to barrel for 15 months maturation. A mix of 85% French and 15% American oak was used. 15% in new barrels.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
