From the white sands of Boracay to the street food of Bangkok, the bustling streets of Saigon and the majestic temples of Angkor Wat, Tarsier Gin takes you on a journey of adventure and discovery; the same adventure that their founders and distillers took in 2014.
Armed with a backpack and an open mind, Sherwin and Tim travelled through the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. It was an incredible journey that opened their eyes to new cultures, sights, sounds and smells. The thing that really stuck with them was the food. It was vibrant, fresh and had the most incredible balance of sweet, sour, spicy and umami flavours. On their return to England, they had an idea; to distil the essence of Southeast Asia and bring something new and innovative to the spirits category, so they set about creating their first Southeast Asian Gin. A celebration of the people they met, the places they travelled to, and the ingredients they discovered.

Inspired by Sherwin & Tim’s travels around Southeast Asia and the exotic fruit platters they ate, Tarsier Oriental Pink Gin is the second itteration of their gins and is bursting with the floral notes of red dragon fruit, the sweetness of lychee, and the tartness of raspberry.
Recognising that a fruit gin requires a whole different balance to that of a dry gin, the team developed a completely new recipe:
Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Angelica, Orris Root, Liquorice Root, Bitter Almond, Galangal and Calamansi provide a solid foundation for their fruit flavours, albeit with less spice than the Southeast Asian Dry. In addition, they distil freeze dried Raspberries and freeze dried Red Dragon Fruit. Post distillation they infuse Lychee and Raspberry for a fresh, punchy flavour. Tarsier Oriental Pink Gin has been awarded a gold medal at the World Gin Awards 2020, one of only 18 flavoured gins in the world to receive this accolade.Perfect Pour:
