Crafted to reflect the Gris style made famous by the Alsace region in France, but with a new-world twist. The 2021 NOW Pinot Gris grapes come from a combination of fruit from our Tuerong (45%) Red Hill (25%) and Main Ridge (30%) vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula. Classic Gris flavours of pear, white floral, and honeysuckle together with some nutty oak influence are the hallmark qualities of this wine. The palate is succulent and textured, finishing with bright natural acidity – a perfect match for food!

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Off-dry wines have the merest trace of sweetness.
