Dry, Medium Bodied style of MalbecPairs well with CheeseTruly a designer wine that is produced in very limited quantities. It is a “blend of terroir” of Malbec grapes from 2 vineyards. One, from La Consulta, San Carlos, and the other, much younger vineyard in Tunuyan which each have different altitudes. They offer differentiating characteristics between each terroir.
The older vineyard gives the wine structure and concentration, with light violet notes, as well as red and black berries.The younger vineyard adds aromas of raspberries and blackberries with light mineral and pepper notes.
The resulting wine is a blend of exceptional characteristics with complementary synergy between the two terroirs. It is very elegant, fresh and has a complex fusion of long-lasting finishes.

Remarkably good colour for age and cork closure. Intense plums cedar and oak on the nose, reflected well on the generous palate. Nice wine. Blackberries and raspberries.
