More delicate than many in its price/region/style category, and none the worse for that. Gentle tropical and stone fruits sit alongside citrussy acidity, the acidity, too, in balance. 12% alc $24

Light yellow colour with a herbal, snowpea and slightly tom-catty grassy/thiol character. There are also nutty barrel and toasty bottle-age characteristics. The wine is rich and intense, and really fills the mouth. It's soft, round and ample. The vegetal notes are turning into honey already. A wine with plenty of appeal.
