A young and juicy, fruity red wine, made in the classic Novello style with the use of the technic of Carbonic Maceration.
Bright on the nose, with a soft round palate.
Best enjoyed its youth, or within a couple of years.
Pairs well with antipasto style platters, fresh pasta dishes, and BBQ lunches.
