This wonderful Pure Cane Rum is made from hand-cut sugar cane, crushed at the mill within four hours of harvest. The Rum is partly distilled in a Column Still and in a Pot Still (10%) respectively. Each Rum is aged separately 4 to 6 years in American Oak Barrels & French Oak Barrels. Expect to be beguiled by a complex harmony of spices and dried fruits, followed by notes of dry grass, vanilla, smooth oak, orange, pepper and clove. The complex aromas of spices lead to a warm and long finish.
