Born using a mash of honey collected tracks of the bush from around Mt Uncle Distillery, fermented and distilled three times. Named after a local indigenous fertility goddess Anjea who is responsible for capturing the spirits of the dead and burring them in the sand under a cone of sticks to become reincarnated. Using water from our very own spring the spirit is then filtered through volcanic rock to aid in alkalinity and minerality leaving you with a smooth silken poise on the pallet.
