Finery hand crafted Amber Gin has elderflower delicate floral notes which are rounded off by the subtle and gentle taste of juniper berries. It is amber in colour and very gentle and subtle in flavour.  Just add Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic, garnish with candied citrus rind and pink peppercorns for a perfectly styled G&T.
