The mid palate lingers with the warmth of black pepper allowing the more subtle notes to sink into your palate. These subtler notes contain perfumed notes of wild citrus such as confetti bush and lemon pelargonium.
Finally rounding this subtly spicy gin, the root base of Angelica carries it through to the finish.
