Citrus Tonic Essence Lemon Grapefruit Buchu 500mL

Symmetry Citrus Tonic Essence reflects the Cederberg mountains. Brewed from a selection of fresh citrus zests and Buchu giving its distinctive aroma. Buchu, part of the Fynbos Floral Kingdom, is traditionally used for digestive ailments. We find it growing in the wild on the mid slopes of the Cape Mountains. Ingredients: lemon, grapefruit and lime peel; cinchona bark, buchu, ginger, lemongrass. Garnish options: Grapefruit wheel – Basil leaf – Cassia bark – Mint. Serve on its own or with overtly aromatic, fruit and fynbos-forward gins; vodka or tequila.
