Fermented in French and Hungarian oak leads this wine to an aroma of stewed pears and fig followed by a palate that is crisp, a hint of spice and fine characters of creamy pear and white pepper on the finish. Best with exotic, savoury, white meat dishes. Serving Temperature: 8 – 10°C
2 x 2018 Touchstone Shiraz (Silver x1, Bronze x1)
This big wine has intense mulberry and vanilla aromas with a deep rich colour. A palate of plum, mulberry and spice flavours with well balanced vanilla American oak tannins. Matured in 70% American and 30% French oak for 12 months to provide a well balanced wine that will cellar well for many years.Serving Temperature: 16 –18°C
2 x 2018 Touchstone Petit Verdot (Trophy, Silver x3, Bronze x2)
This late maturing variety exhibits a beautiful depth of colour. The palate shows intense berry flavours with firm tannins. Matured in French and American oak. Will cellar well. Serving Temperature: 16 –18°C.
