- 2 x 2016 Touchstone Shiraz – intense mulberry and vanilla aromas with a deep rich colour. A palate of plum, mulberry and spice with well balanced American oak tannins.
- 2 x 2016 Touchstone Cabernet Sauvignon – this medium bodied wine shows black cherry nose with herbaceous undertones. A balanced wine matured in 80% new French and 20% American oak it will cellar for years to come.
- 2 x 2016 'Triboulet' Blend – This full-bodied wine is a cracker of a blend exhibiting the best characteristics of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. A minimal intervention, perfect wine that required no additional acid or tannin.
