2 x 2013 Touchstone Cabernet Sauvignon – with a nose of raspberry and mulberry this medium-bodied wine shows a lovely balance of oak, tannins and fruit. Matured in 70% French oak and 30% American oak it will cellar for years to come. 14% alc/vol and 8.3 standard drinks.
2 x 2013 Touchstone Shiraz – the Spicy and white pepper nose precedes a palate of mixed berries with a hint of oak. Matured on 1-year olf oak for 2 years creates the ideal cellaring wine. 13% alc/vol and 7.7 standard drinks.
