The Touchstone range of wines utilises premium quality, single vineyard fruit from Jester Hill vineyard located in Queensland’s premier wine district, delivering a range of wines rare in regional character and distinction.
2 x 2013 Touchstone Cabernet Sauvignon – with a nose of raspberry and mulberry this medium-bodied wine shows a lovely balance of oak, tannins and fruit. Matured in 70% French oak and 30% American oak it will cellar for years to come. 14% alc/vol and 8.3 standard drinks.
2 x 2013 Touchstone Shiraz – the Spicy and white pepper nose precedes a palate of mixed berries with a hint of oak. Matured on 1-year olf oak for 2 years creates the ideal cellaring wine. 13% alc/vol and 7.7 standard drinks.
2 x 2013 Touchstone Petit Verdot – this late-maturing variety exhibits a beautiful depth of colour and a typical aroma of violets and spice. The palate shows an intense berry flavour with firm tannins. Matured in French & American oak. Will cellar well. 15% alc/vol and 8.9 standard drinks.
