A blend of the Mavra, Cabernet Franc, Lefkada, Shiraz and Mourverde varieties form vineyards in the Lemessos region, matures at an attitude of 700 meters. Intense deep red colour with ruby highlights. A refined and well composed balance of aromas from the various varieties used, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. Accompanies traditional Cypriot meze, meat dishes with tomato sauces, pasta and mature cheeses.
