The palate is dry, smooth alcohol, light bodied (though smooth in texture), with pronounced intensity of Juniper, Orange Peel, Cloves, Pepperberry, cinnamon, Lavender oil and vanilla. It has a medium length finish, showing some complexity (especially of Lavender oil, Juniper, and Orange peel).This is a Very Good example of a Dry Gin, showing pronounced flavours that balance the alcohol to fruit (orange peel), berry (Juniper), Florals (Lavender) and Spice (Cloves). It exhibits good complexity of clean identifiable components, and has a smooth rich flavour profile, with a pleasant medium length finish. This Gin is an excellent mixer or Martini base.
