The cooler climate of the Adelaide Hills offers great growing conditions for high quality Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine displays intense aromas of blackberries, cassis and spice with fine tannins and a beautifully long finish. This wine was smooth and strong. With "minimal Sulphur Dioxide" I have no headache this morning. I want more of this one. I'll have to try more of Geoff Hardy wines if this is any indication of the quality.
