Dry, Light Bodied style of RieslingPairs well with SeafoodThe fruit for this wine was grown at our Merindoc Vineyard, located at Tooborac in the southern cooler part of the Heathcote wine region, Central Victoria. Our Merindoc vineyard is planted on low fertility ironstone and granite soils, with the rows positioned in an east to west aspect and surrounded by spectacular granite boulders.
As a result of these unique soils, we produce a softer style of Riesling, displaying soft citrus characters with some minerality and floral notes.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
