Here, a warm continental climate, Cambrian red soil and meticulous viticulture produce grapes of deep concentration, purity and regional character. Dry, savoury and textural, we like to call it the South of France in a glass.

About as pale as rose can be, but looks attractive nonetheless. Subtle aromas, the variety expressing itself with musky spice and light perfume. It's full and soft in the mouth, and a degree of sweetness is well-woven into the fabric of the wine. A touch of astringency on the finish is welcome.
