Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon ripened to full maturity on Terra Rossa soils over the warm, dry 2018 summer. This richly flavoured wine, with complex layers of ripe cassis and dark berries, is rich and round with subtle French oak flavours and fine grain tannins. A full bodied wine with layers of complex fruit flavours, it can be enjoyed now with red meat dishes and mature cheeses or carefully cellared.

Classically styled and gracefully complex, the wine shows blackcurrant, spiced cherry, mint chocolate, anise and cedar characters on the nose, followed by a wonderfully harmonious palate that’s ripe and flavoursome. It’s elegantly structured by supple tannins, offering terrific drinking. At its best: now to 2026.

A wonderful expression of the variety; the fragrant bouquet shows cassis, dark cherry, anise, cedar and subtle cigar characters, leading to a beautifully dense palate that’s weighty yet elegant and refined at the same time. Tannins are chalky and in abundance, offering classic structure and presence. At its best: now to 2033.
