The warm summers in Blewitt Springs, South Australia are often accompanied by the arrival of magnificent Cape Barren geese. Since 1999 Cape Barren have been producing exceptional wines that capture the essence of the McLaren Vale region’s distinctive flavours.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon displays expressive aromas of blackcurrant, bay leaf, cigar box and chocolate. With a medium to full-bodied palate, this wine is beautifully structured. A powerful complexity and fine-grained tannins yield a velvety texture and ends with a lingering finish.
