This expression has been maturing in our 32 Litre Spanish Oloroso Casks...Sweet sherry bombs!
Joadja Single Malt Whisky, Release 17 (Ex Oloroso) recently won a Silver Medal at the Tasting Australia Spirit Awards 2022. 
Our Olorosso Casks Batch 4 & 5 won Bronze at the 2019 Australian Distillers Awards. 
Being one of only a handful of Single Malt Whisky distilleries in the world who grow their own barley and have access to pristine spring water on site sets us apart when considering where our unique flavours are developed. Add this to our hand-picked ex-Sherry barrels (from our birth place in Spain) for maturing our spirit and we have the ingredients for a unique Australian Single Malt Whisky. Joadja Distillery is arguably one of the most authentic Australian whiskies around.
