This product is the wine drawn from the barrels we import from Spain to mature our aged spirits (Single Malt Whisky, Rum, Brandy...and Gin). It is made by drying the grapes under the hot sun, concentrating the sweetness, which are then used to create a thick, dark liquid with a strong taste of raisins and molasses that is fortified and aged.
Colour: Dark Sherry
Nose: Raisins and Plum aroma, with light toffee
Palate: Excellent mouth feel with raisins and molasses.
Finish: Sweet honey finish tapering off with stewed dark fruits.
