Southern Highalnds Signature Dry Gin 500mL

London Dry style Gin which is Juniper forward with some earthiness tones. Savoury, light, and floral flavours provide the base with subtle eucalyptus and musk, finishing off with some pine and spice.
Joadja Distillery Dry Gin is handcrafted in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, using pristine water from our on-site spring together with a delicate balance of traditional and Australian  botanicals.
Botanicals: Juniper, Aniseed Whole, Angelica Root, Cardamom, Coriander, Lemon Myrtle. 
Today, you can visit the stunning ruins of the historic mining town of Joadja which now remains set in an isolated valley where nature has reclaimed what was once hers.
