This traditional “farmhouse” medium dry cider is predominantly made from heritage English and French cider apple varieties grown on site or by friends on the Mornington Peninsula.

This cider underwent secondary bottle fermentation for a natural fizz, followed by pasteurisation to retain some natural fruit sweetness.

Flavour may vary each year based on seasonal characteristics. Cider is not filtered and a slight sediment may form in the bottle
