Artisinal distillation with light lees, aged 12 months in new french oak casks then several years in older casks.
Natural light golden colour coming from the ageing - a perfect balance, structure and great length on the palate.
Both as aperitive or digestive, there's no special way to enjoy this VSOP - pleasure is guaranteed either way.
